I just added the app to my phone recently. So far I'm not sure if it's worth it or not. No surveys yet & it's not really clear how to use it for shopping trips. For anyone who is well versed in using the app please feel free to share your tips on using the app.

I love the Neilsen consumer reports. I feel this is important to keep up on what most people desire and use these days. i like working with computers and being retired I have the time to spend more time.

I have been a member of NCP for a year this Aug. and I’ve enjoyed every bit of it. I love knowing my opinion counts and it’s great having the opportunity to enter sweepstakes each week just for entering my purchase information!

Good luck on being able to talk to anyone at this place. I have called 2 times and was on hold for over 30 minutes both times. I tried to join, but I could not find my account number so I could create an account. I emailed them and FINALLY, after over a week, got a reply saying they could NOT email the account number and that I would need to call. I refuse to run up my phone bill being on hold as I have already paid more for phone charges than I would ever get from these people.
