I have been a member for over 20 years and have received many things from the gift catalogs. My problem is I can’t seem to get my password straightened out, therefore I can’t view the gift catalog. 😞
I was a member for years and loved it! I scanned purchases and took surveys often. I was a "super scanner" earning 350 points per shopping trip. Then all of a sudden I get an email telling me they are sorry but I'm not a member any more due to too many people in my area. I had some points left that I could have used towards drawings but was not allowed to sign into the website to do so. Also my phone calls were not being answered.
I just finished the request to participate process and was surprised by the questions other than age etc. They did not ask about retirement and based on the demographics, the questions were difficult to give a closer reflection. I expected better considering how much the information gathered reflects on what information proves helpful to so many companies. I am curious as to how this will go from this first step. Will I be chosen and if so, what happens next and how will it help? Stay tuned...
I have been a member since June of 2016. I have received many awards & I am a Hall Of Famer C-Score. Which means I receive a reward of 350 points per wk. I use the NCP Mobile app on my I Phone. It is easy, and the Mobile App is no hassle and fun to rack up extra points on the surveys which easily adds up for award prizes. I like the prize selections, which I usually get iTunes cards $25 or Amazon $25, but there are many other nice prizes as well. I love this site
After trying to used their purchasing scanner with trouble. I decided to let them know my trouble waited two days for response with no response from them decided not to continue with it. Sent another email that I was sending equipment back. Setup FedEx return pickup taking another four days then the day I finally get it in the mail I received a theatening letter to send equipment back now. Well those people in charge are not very friendly for doing survey work. Bad customer service all the way around.
