I enjoy scanning the purchases I make. Simple and easy and the prizes that I trade my points for are great. The surveys are interesting and to the point. I love being a member.

You have interesting surveys and nice rewards. Plus you seem to care about us panel members. You never forget to reward us on special occasions. Being on NCP is a privilege for me.

The best thing about panel membership (besides the rewards!) is that I've been forced to pay attention to my store receipt. I've found many, many discrepancies in pricing since scanning my purchases. I've been over- and under-charged for purchases. I've returned to the stores to pay the correct amounts for my purchase or to obtain a refund. I kind of wonder how many dollars I've been under- and/or over-charged through the years. I also enjoy the surveys. They really make me think about my shopping attitudes. Very easy app to use, get to chose how we want to be rewarded for taking surveys, questions are answered pretty quickly, have a great number of prizes or rewards we can chose from! Love this panel! I've won Visa gift cards in sweepstakes and love the Amazon gift cards! I love being able to scan my purchases using my phone instead of the handheld scanner I had first been using! When I've had any problems & have needed to contact the customer service dept, I've gotten help pretty quickly and very professionally! Love this pane... read more

I have been a member for over 15 years and I love this company! Most importantly, I want to share my opinions about my purchases and the products. I like giving feedback about my purchases. I enjoy NCP because it's a company with a great reputation, and it can be trusted. I not only enjoy giving feedback about products, but I also enjoy receiving gifts from the accumulated points that I earn. It's nice to look around my house and see and enjoy the items that I've earned. That gives me great pleasure!

I have sent 8 emails to "support" with the first email sent on Jan 9, 2018. NCP "Support" answered on Feb 3, 2018 - whew - that was blazing fast response time. You guys are funny - your first sentence had me in stitches: "We so apologize for the delay response." Delay response - HAHAHA -\-\- too funny when you consider there are 25 days from my first SCREAM for help to 🤮 support finally deciding to "help" me.
