Same as another person complained, I got my scanner over the holidays. Too much going on so I didn't set it up right away and use it. When I finally did try to set it up, I couldn't get into my online account. Sent an email and was pretty much told to do exactly what I had been trying to do that WASN'T WORKING. Finally got things set up and working on Friday 1/19. Was able to scan in my first trip. Yesterday I get a very ignorant letter saying FINAL NOTICE RETURN OUR EQUIPMENT and that i had 10 days to return the equipment o... read more

I started out with the scanner several years ago and (finally) was offered the app. I think I heard angels singing as I started using it. It was soooo much easier. I answer a lot of surveys and scan almost every week. It's a great way to make a little extra on the side and I just won a $50 Amazon gift card, which is awesome. By the way, the missing star rating was because we should be notified by email at the same time as social media. I didn't know that they had an FB connection

Been with the company a little over a year now. Steered with a scanner but switched to using the phone app. So much easier. Quickly moving up the ranks with daily scanning!!! Great rewards!

priceless get an email that they know i tried to access via mobile unit and coudln't. they want me to reset my password. the desktop one works just fine. i call them like they suggest and they know they have a mobile server problem, so why did you waste my time asking me to reset my password when NOTHING is going to work because of the mobile server issue? pricesless after 15+ years of this have never talked to them so much as when they wanted me to use the mobile device. i should charge them for my time. i aint winning any ... read more

I think the scanner method is better than the mobile app. Before I can scan every day and just transmit it once a week. Now you have to scan them and transmit at the same time and you have to do it by store, meaning if you shopped at 5 stores you have to transmit it 5 times. And if you have a call or messags on your phone you have o do it all over again.

So far so good! I've only been doing it a few weeks but it seems very self explainitory and I haven't had any problems! I like that it helps me pay attention a little more to what I spend $$ on and how often I shop...it's getting me in the habit of tracking our spending, which we never really did. I've seen several surveys come through my email and they have all worked well and my points are adding up. No complaints from me!
