I'm very disappointed with NCP customer service! They screwed me over. I called a few months ago and told them that my scanner does not work. They technical guy does not know how to help me so he told me to download the mobile apps version, and return the scanner.I download the mobile apps, but for some reasons it does not working on my android cell. I love being a part of this awesome and rewarding program!
Been with them for several years now! But all the work on my part is a bit excessive for the rewards in exchange! I started with the handheld scanner and moved to the App! It made things a little easier but not by much! Then I got divorced and could no longer get credit for my Amazon purchases ( The Policy is BS here) the wife has the Amazon account I was using but NCP refuses to let you change the Amazon account being used! I have been a panelist for years, really love the app. Can scan as I go through the store then just put in price when I check out. The prizes are pretty good quality.
I think this is great to receive free gifts and things to tryout
I've only been doing this for a few years now but the app is way better then the handheld easier an faster , can do everything from scanning ,do surveys , an read newsletter from it , I really hope you will add Maurices an boscovs to ur list of store I did alot of shopping there for Xmas but can't record any of it
I am very upset that friends of mine can use points for Amazon eGift cards but I cannot. The Amazon eGift cards are the only thing that I really need or can use.
