I recently tried to use the mobile app and it doesn't work right. I was told I needed to uninstall it and reinstall it. Still does not work like it should. Also, I got an email saying I needed to change my password and now I can't log in at all. I have tried calling the 800 number to reset my password. Each time I have been on hold for over half an hour and still have not been able to talk to anyone. I have sent emails and no one responds. This kind of customer service is horrible!!
I'm brand new to NCP! Was wondering if anyone else has a problem scanning your Aldi's groceries? Mine won't scan! Also, are they interested in everything we purchase or just select items?

I have been a member for several years. When my scanner became antiquated I received a new one that hooks up to my computer. It didn't work sent it back & received a new one. I have trouble nearly every week with it. When I transmit it says turn computer on, etc. My computer is on. I reset it using the 7903 followed by 001. After a couple more attempts, I unplug & or reload the disc. (even though it say it's already loaded & no need for updates) It will then transmit, but it will say unsuccessful. I love using NCP!! The scanner was so easy to use a 5 year old could figure it out. I am now using the app and love it! They paid to ship the scanner back and I even received an Amazon gift card for doing it. Since I've been a member I've already gotten over $100 in Amazon gift cards just for doing a food diary for a week at 2 different times and now they are sending me a free Keurig just to get information on my coffee usage. I love NCP!!
A great organization to direct you make the most of your purchases with instant awareness and night shipping, . All ratings are of importance to developers but I can see where and why some foods because available or more expensive. Read labels, I am not happy with scanner as I can not manually add codes which be read by the eyes. I must stroll the entire scanner to find a Company's name to record a small amount produce, I don't want to use my smart phone because of the volume would eat my data limit quickly.
I love being a panelist (since 2005). I use my phone for scanning but usually do surveys and other things online. The gifts I have purchased with my points are great. The points add up fast if you transmit each week and do any available surveys.
So disappointed. I've scanned every week and done every survey ever sent to me for over a year. I was saving points for a cave pet bed for my dog. The bed was pictured with a med size dog. Well finally got it and it's junk. It wouldn't fit a small yorkie. Complete waste of time. My scanner will be going back immediately.
