Our Dodge Charger was fabulous!! Unfortunately, the employee who checked us back in must have run off with our GPS since you claim to have not found it in the car, even though there were numerous electronic devices listed on your lost and found. Very sad.

I really enjoy the Emerald program. National makes car rental so super easy. The email reminders are helpful. They even emailed me when my drivers license was about to expire. They are good partners.

I have been a member of National Rental since 2003 and always receive excellent service. I travel each month now and always rent from National. I have used National at PVD probably 6 or 7 times during the past 4 or 5 years and always received excellent service for their staff.

I wanted you to know that you have some of THE BEST Co- works in your organization at the ORD location. I flew into ORD at 4 AM to attend my brothers funeral Thursday. Getting the car was a breeze. But when I returned it today Friday, the agent had know idea the pain I was feeling from my hip replacement surgery as well my loss. But his smile and kindness was uplifting. I always use National at SFO and a few other locations. They make it simple. First of all you have a written quote when you reserve so no surprises. The Executive selection always has great cars and I can switch up. Check out of the lot is super fast with the scanner. Staff have wonderful morale. I cannot believe it is the same ownership as Enterprise which I hate with a passion. National will be my provider of choice for a long long time. Way to go. Great system, great people, great management.

I use National several times a month, luckily not from this location. I needed to change my reservation to a one way and the girl told me I needed to talk to Erich. After waiting for 17 minutes for him to finish with a single customer, he told me he couldn't help me an I had to contact National via phone. So here I was in their crappy little of site shelter calling National. It took me at least another 15 minutes to get someone on the phone and get the reservation changed.
