At Akron Pro Detail we always rent from National Car Rental when we are in Vegas at SEMA and in Orlando at Mobile Tech Expo. Being an Emerald Club member makes the rental car experience very simple and easy! Just get in the car of your choice and go! They offer a great service at a great price!

Always have a good rental experiences with National compared to others. Ease of pick up on the Emerald aisle is unmatched. However, we had an issue on this last rental. We rented a smoke free car, but this rental, "smoke-free'', reeked of cigarette smoke Very irritating, missing the fifth star. Other than that the rental was good.

Great rental experience. Friendly, courteous staff, good selection. I have privilege to the Emerald Isle and the process was so simple and efficient where i just go to the Isle, select a vehicle and drive off after a quick stop at the gate with an attendant to check out the car. Great Job.

Our disappointment comes with National's customer service. We forgot one of our kids booster seats in the car at drop off in Orlando. We immediately attempted to call National while still at the airport and after several transfers, automated messaging and speaking with different folks, we were told to submit our request online. We have heard nothing at this point. This is a booster seat with a tag with our name on it. It is a big item to lose. Where could it have gone? Went to return a rental car at FLL on 1/6/17. Due to the shooting, the entrance to the rental car return was blocked. I called National to ask where I could return the car, but they gave me no answer. After the commotion, we flew out of JAX the next day, returning the car there. National charged nearly $400 for one extra day, despite there not being anyplace to return the car at FLL. Price gouging at it worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
