I use National Car Rental anytime I need to rent a car. As an Emerald Club member, I bypass the counter and walk directly to the Emerald Club Aisle and choose the vehicle that suits my needs. For work, I need the Chrysler Dodge Caravan or Town and Country and there is always one available. This is my "go to" car rental company!

Smooth and easy. My only complaint/suggestion, how come the cars don't have USB ports?? we rented a jeep and lol, kids couldn't charge up their phones.

I rent from National here in Orlando almost every time we visit Florida. I've always had great service, a good selection of cars, and never an issue. Returning the car is also a breeze and again, never an issue. There are always skycaps there to help with luggage and they also do a great job and make that going home part a little easier. Overall, I highly recommend National Car Rental.

We waited in line for at least 25 mins, and when the last customer was done, a woman walked right to the counter. She said to the employee she had trouble with another rental company. The employee did not say anything to us and continued to help her knowing we have been waiting in line. Always use National for work trip and vacation. This was the worse service.

I rent from this location on a regular basis & always have great service. If I can't find the type of car I am looking for I just look for Luis & if he is working he always helps me out.

I only use National... They are extremely accommodating, courteous and go out of their way to make sure they are taking care of my needs for a vehicle. I am executive elite member and for the most part have always been able to get the vehicle I've needed at the mid size rate. I highly recommend them!

Reserved online with reward points through my credit card. I am an Emerald Club member so I was able to go straight to my car and pick any car in the Aisle. The Camry was new and had all the bells and whistles. Drove for 1 week and never had any problems. Returned to airport and took all of about 20 seconds to drop the car off through the rental car return.
