I reserved a minivan on Thanksgiving night and when I got there, there were only 3 vehicles total available and one representative on duty in the office. I realize it was Thanksgiving. Luckily, 1 of the 3 available vehicles was a Suburban because I had 5 other people counting on me to pick up a vehicle that would accommodate our group. The Suburban worked fine from a room standpoint, but it smelled of smoke, needed to be vacuumed and wiped down, used a lot more gas than a minivan, and was difficult for a few guests to get in... read more

Only waited a few minutes for the shuttle, pickup and drop off of the car was easy. Michael (shuttle bus driver was friendly and helpful).

I recently had a 3 day rental out of GRR. I returned the vehicle, as agreed, at 10pm on Sunday, November 20. On Monday morning I received an email from Evangelia at GRR National reminding me that my rental was due back the night before and asking me to contact them to let them know when I planned to return it. So, I had to take the time from my workday to tell them what she could have easily verified had she checked her inventory prior to emailing. Convenient location, roomy, easy in - easy out. Always an excellent selection. Car cleaning and customer service at the exiting boot needs a big time improvement.

Quick and easy - went to the Emerald Executive Aisle, picked out a nice Jeep Grand Cherokee, spent about 2 minutes at the exit gate, and was on my way. Return was also quick and easy, and everything on the billing was correct. Pretty smooth.

Had to wait 30 min for a car because they ran out. Told them at pick up of car that I didn't want fuel option, then turned car in with a full tank and they still charged me $38 for the fuel option. Worst exprience!

Great to be able to get a car downtown. Great people and she even cleaned my mirrors! Super service.
