Being an Emerald Club member, it was such a breeze using Orlando National - we just hopped into a car and drove up to the booth and drove off into the sunset, literally. Couple minor glitches - the National representative tried to purposely guide us to an upgrade & be VERY deceiving about the cost when we intentionally picked a compact car - very sneaky National!! National was good as always. The only issue was the car from Emerald lineup did not have a full tank of gas that I did not see until leaving. Overall car was fine.

Love National and their Emerald club. Pick up is easy, drop off is easy. Best selection of cars! The only complaint would be that they didn't clean our cup holders and it looked like someone had spilled coffee in them. But we love them and always choose them!

When I got to the garage for my vehicle I asked the woman employee where the Emerald Club row was so I could upgrade from my mid sized rental.....She told me I wasn't eligible for that and in my rush I took what she gave me.....I found out later that she was wrong and I spent a week in a vehicle that could barely fit all of my work equipment....Other than that the car was fine but employees need to know the benefits offered to Emerald Club members.....I didn't get what I should have....

We just love National's great service and really like being able to pick out the car of our choice from the Emerald Isle since we joined the Emerald club. Last week while leaving Orlando I accidentally dropped my jacket. Once I noticed, I turned back to look for it and found that the gentleman that helped me with the car return was not far behind me with jacket in hand. I was so thankful...it was -2 degrees back home! Thanks for going the extra mile to help!

My experience renting a car from national was exceptionally good. I took the time to join the Emerald Club. which allowed me To walk right out of the airport pick which car I want and leave.the best rental experience I've ever had Thank You national.
