I am an Emerald Club member and upon walking out to select my car, they didn't have the one I was looking to get. One of the service employees came up and asked me if I was looking for something specific and went out of his way to get me the car I wanted. Fantastic customer service!!

Reserved with another company and they did not have a car for us. I used the National app and reserved a car while on the shuttle back to the airport from the other rental company. We arrived and got our car in ten minutes!!

Absolute chaos during selection and checkout. Due to reservation made through Hotwire, no recognition of status in National's frequent renter program, no perks, no waiver of second driver fees which are a total ripoff. A disappointing experience to say the least.

we have been Emerald Club members for quite a while and although I adore the service we get in Sky Harbor I was very disappointed with picking up a vehicle in Orlando. The woman who met me (and another gentleman) in the garage spoke so low (and with an accent) could not be understood... and apparently had difficulty hearing - we both tried yelling when she walked away but it took tapping her on the shoulder to get her to respond - and again we did not understand (and could not hear) what she was saying. As an Emerald Club member, I like that I can skip the line & just pick out my car. Check out at Orlando & check in at Ft Lauderdale was smooth, no line on either side. Check in clerk was very professional & quick. I had my e-receipt before I exited the rental area. Love the convenience.

Emerald Club perks are awesome - got my car and was on the road in about 5 minutes, my brother used Budget and was in line for an hour! Orlando is a super busy airport this time of year so why stay longer than you have to.

While I enjoyed the experience of choosing my car and enjoyed the car itself, I was put off by the man who completed my paper work. Apparently the computer was freezing and running slow which caused him to have a bad attitude. Or maybe he is always that way. I felt as though I was being talked down to the entire time. I got the sense from him that I was in his way and annoying him. I'm not unsympathetic to someone having a bad day, but don't take it out on the customer.
