Great service, love the Emerald Aisle, you get to pick a car that fits you and not have to worry about "how much more will this cost me". There was only a couple minute wait for a shuttle bus, and they seamed to be running regularly even at 6 in the morning.
I initiated my vehicle rental on January 23, 2017. Mary was fantastic!! On a day with extreme severe weather (rain, freezing rain & snow), Mary greeted me with a smile and even interjected humor in our conversation. She went out of her way to accommodate my requests with obtaining a vehicle that had USB ports for charging technology and a vehicle with front wheel drive. The service at the Detroit Metro Airport is fantastic! We arrived in the Emerald Club lot and required two SUVs with heated seats because we were not used to the cold. Two of the attendants worked tirelessly to find us these two cars, running around in very cold temperatures and being extremely courteous in the process. If I could give them 6 stars for service, I would!
I have rented vehicles from National many times over the years for business travel to Chicago. They always deliver with a clean vehicle, plenty of choices (I have Executive Status with National), and friendly, fast service. The experience has been easy for me to work with on a consistent basis which is much appreciated!
Iam so grateful that iam a member of Emerald Club, National. It's fast and easy, I just get off the plane where ever iam at, go to National jump in on any vehicle I want and drive away, even I forgot to do a Resovation. I highly recommend National Rental Cars...
The best part of renting a car at National is not having to wait in line to get your car. I am able to quickly pick out a car and then get on the road right away so I can get to my destination. Convenience!
Rented in Orlando and went straight to the emerald Isle. Chose the car and could not be more pleased with the efficiant service both leaving and returning.
Flawless as usual....easy in...easy out...drove a Jeep Renegade just for fun....great little SUV...always am happy with National at Orlando
