I reserved a car on the National's website. When I arrived at the Orlando airport, friendly staff guided me to the aisle where I could pick a car that fitted my reservation. The car was clean, had no visible damage of any kind. Checking out was a breeze and it took less than 30 seconds. I did not have to hassle with staff over collision coverage as LDW was already included. Overall a five-star experience. Will use National for my next car rental.

Got the perfect vehicle off the aisle. A wide variety to choose from. On the road in minutes. Upon return the car was checked in before I even finished getting my personal items out of the car. Receipt was in my email inbox in minutes. Perfect.

We have rented from National in Orlando several times and have had good service until our most recent trip. The car was noisy and the transmission slipped frequently. When we returned the car we were charged a $15 fee due to arriving 10 min late. The folks that handled the return were rude and disrespectful. We have always used National and the Emerald Club but I think next time we will explore other options

We really like National when we visit Orlando. It is nice to be a member of Emerald Club , which is free, so you can select any car on the emerald aisle as long as you pay for an intermediate size car. The agents are always helpful and professional also. National ranks high above other rental companies for value, efficiency, and service. Don K.

National Car Rental is a wonderful company! People at the counter are friendly and helpful as was the attendant in the parking garage. Plenty of selection to choose from and no hassle at all with the return. I frequently use National and will continue to do so.

The people that you return the car to are not familiar with all the intricacies of free days, and are rude. Spare the aggrivation and speak to someone in the management team, they are courteous and helpful.

I use National Car for every rental car that I have made in the last 5 years. The Emerald Aisle club is the best thing to use period. It is very fast and easy. In Orlando, we get our bags, walk across the street and into our rent a car and out the parking lot in less than 10 minutes. This was the first time that I had to add a day to my rental car from 6 days to 7 days and I made a phone call and everything went smooth. Their customer service is excellent. Love Emerald Aisle! It is a smooth and efficient process. But for this rental, which was a pick up at 1am on 04/01/15, there were 4 cars to choose from. While that is acceptable and we got the class of car that we were guaranteed, we are usually greeted with a bigger selection. This is no way affected our 14 day rental. Very satisfied!!

Reservation went smoothly, staff at Orlando airport were excellent. we were greeted by a friendly staff person at the kiosk at 1:00 a.m. and directed to the lot. Quick and easy pick up and drop off with staff readily available to assist us. Email receipt arrived in our in box as we walked away from the car! Very satisfied.
