Paid a little more for National Car Rental at Orlando International (I'm an Emerald Card Member but still love a deal) and we were so glad we did. As we walked past the car rental co. that we had initially booked we noticed an extremely long line waiting to get their rental. We walked to the garage, chose our car and were on our way. The car return was just as easy. WE LOVE NATIONAL!!

All went well from pickup to drop off. Everyone was extremely friendly. Should have a sun pass in car though, but i hope the drive thru worked well.

I am Emerald Isle member, and at Orlando, the experience is just perfect. Arrive, walk across to the parking deck and just get in a car. We had a nice new Hyundai Sonata for three of us. Only used 2 gallons of gas going up to Lake Mary, University area and back.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Dirty under the seats, inc. receipts person who rented before...The "horrible" part... I left my grandson's brand new $350 car seat in the back. National never tried to contact me (I am an emerald member). By the time I realized what I had done I was in the air. I called as soon as I could, I had to call (and have my daughter call) several times before getting a response the next day. Simplest check in. Just walk to a car in the row for the class you rented and drive it away. For the first time in a long time I made a mistake. I picked a car I thought I'd like but within a day realized I didn't like the visibility. I brought the car back. I talked with a terrific young service person named Jasmine. She listened to what i wanted and helped me exchange for a car I loved. Modern air travel is a pain. It's very comfoting to know there's one part of the trip you can count on to go smoothly.
