National is always on the mark when I rent a car with very limited wait time. The associates are always very friendly, patient, and thorough about charges you may or may not receive. I have never had one bad exeperience with this rental service and would highly recommend them to others!!!!
At Akron Pro Detail we always rent from National Car Rental when we are in Vegas at SEMA and in Orlando at Mobile Tech Expo. Being an Emerald Club member makes the rental car experience very simple and easy! Just get in the car of your choice and go! They offer a great service at a great price!

Always have a good rental experiences with National compared to others. Ease of pick up on the Emerald aisle is unmatched. However, we had an issue on this last rental. We rented a smoke free car, but this rental, "smoke-free'', reeked of cigarette smoke Very irritating, missing the fifth star. Other than that the rental was good.
