My wife and I found the house we wanted to buy just days before Thanksgiving, and we knew we didn't want to hesitate on putting in an offer, and risk not getting the house. Despite being a holiday weekend, Nathan was completely committed to helping us navigate purchasing our first home, and he was excellent at answering all our questions and concerns throughout the process. I couldn't recommend Nathan more!

Nathan was very helpful in purchasing my first home/property. Attentive and eager to deliver, the process took a lot of work as per the 8 odd offers he brought together for me and submitted as fast as possible. Yet for one reason or another the property went to another party. Eventually, we found an amazing piece of property and Nathan was ON IT, crushed the whole thing. Buying a home is not an easy process. There is technical mumbo-jumbo that is difficult to understand. Nathan was always there to walk us through the process. Nathan was an incredible realtor for our unusual buying process. Our home, a 6 hrs. drive south of Bellingham, sold from a knock on our door. Suddenly, we needed a home, closing in 30 days.
