Nathan is AMAZING. Seriously amazing. He did what I thought was impossible - selling our house with a few challenges in less than TWO weeks and for list. On every review, I cannot stress this enough if you are selling. Listen to him when he makes a recommendation on price because that is exactly where the appraisal came in and what really seemed to draw traffic. You can't miss with Nathan.
What to say that does Nathan justice - he is amazing, really! I found a house that we just had to have before we sold our current house. We had 20 days to sell before we lost our dream home. And the home we sold had some challenges. Not only did he sell our house in less than 14 days, he got us the full price. He is easy to reach, always had great advice especially when it came to pricing. Listen to him when it comes to this crucial piece because he really knows what he is doing when it comes to pricing.
