Really loved working w/ Nathan. Felt like he was in my corner, and walked me through the process as a first-time homebuyer really well. I had a lot of questions, and I felt free to ask away. Would highly recommend him. I also know Nathan personally and he's a stand-up guy with integrity, and truly is in it to serve people.
We were first-time buyers and we had so many questions. Nathan is a genuine and capable realtor; he's a real guy. We were very well taken care of. And we got the perfect house!
Nathan was awesome to work with. From our late night phone calls with random questions that probably could of been answered in the morning he was always willing to take our call. It was a easy process and would recommend him for anyone looking for a home.

Wow! Nathan was amazing start to finish through our home buying experience in Bellingham. He was always willing to work with our schedule for showings, and was very helpful with his knowledge of the area and process. Once we got into the actual buying process Nathan was an awesome advocate for us, and really impressed me with taking on administrative tasks that could have easily been handed off to us. Overall Nathan was just great to work with, and we will continue to use him in the future when needed.
I knew nothing about real estate starting out. Nathan helped me with every step along the way. He was available to view homes and ask questions and was extremely approachable with even the dumbest questions. He was always friendly and never condescending. We changed plans half way through and he didn't skip a beat. He was never pushy or forceful. I would recommend him to anyone and we couldn't have asked for a better agent.
Everyone says that buying a home in Bellingham is difficult in this market, but working with Nathan made it super easy. He quickly got a good sense of what we were looking for, and helped us find a house that was within our price range and also something that we were really excited about.
