We purchased a Bellingham house in 2021 as out of state residents. Nathan was our realtor and from the beginning we felt comfortable, listened to and well served. He is knowledgeable and hard working. Nathan always responded to our concerns/questions in a timely and clear manner. He even addressed our urgent concerns while he was away on a planned out of town trip. With Nathan’s expertise we could buy at a highly competitive crazy time in the real estate market here.
Nathan stuck with my wife and I for years while we got things together to finally buy a house. He was always there for us, always supportive, always honest and always made us feel like we were the most important thing on his plate. He always had a sense of urgency with our requests, always responded promptly and was a great sounding board we could discus anything with throughout our process.
