It was an absolute pleasure to work with Nathan on the purchase of our new home! We bought our house during COVID-19 which meant we had to view houses virtually placing a lot of responsibility and personal risk on Nathan's shoulders. He handled everything so positively! Nathan is incredibly knowledgeable about the greater Bellingham area and therefore was able to steer us in the right direction to look at houses that matched our priorities. He is thoughtful, responsive, and conscientious. I highly recommend working with him!

We were first-time home buyers and didn't know much about the area. Nathan was knowledgeable around and helped us understand the process and strategies for home buying. Nathan was AMAZING! He helped us move across the country during the Covid-19 pandemic. You couldn't have picked a crazier time to try to relocate 1500 miles, but we did. Nathan Butcher is the GOAT of real estate. This guy is very upfront, honest and hard working. Nathan Butcher is so great to work with. He kept us informed through out the process, good communication and took the time make sure we understood the next steps. Our home was pending in 48 hours, but we felt no pressure to make a rushed decision in picking the "right" offer. I appreciated the time Nathan spent with us via email, phone, ext and in person!

Nathan was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He was always completely honest and made it feel as though I was choosing a house rather than trying to twist a house into being acceptable for me. Nathan somehow got me into a beautiful home that checked all my boxes at well below the appraised value. In today's market that alone should speak volumes.

Great guy! Easy to work with and kept me motivated and kept good contact throughout the whole process! Knowledgeable with houses in the area and locations/issues with locations.
