What to say that does Nathan justice - he is amazing, really! I found a house that we just had to have before we sold our current house. We had 20 days to sell before we lost our dream home. And the home we sold had some challenges. Not only did he sell our house in less than 14 days, he got us the full price. He is easy to reach, always had great advice especially when it came to pricing. Listen to him when it comes to this crucial piece because he really knows what he is doing when it comes to pricing.
Nathan called me back within minutes when I clicked on the button stating I was interested in a house. He managed to set up viewing quickly and went to bat for us in presenting a winning bid among others interested in the same property. 24 hours after seeing the house, he told us we were chosen. It happened at the speed of lightning. He got us hooked up with Ian Mullen to take care of finances and both of them answered all our questions quickly, even many "after hours". He made what could of been a rough experience so easy. He was responsive and answered any questions we had, he was knowledgeable and worked hard for us throughout the entire experience and I can’t reccomend him enough!
Nathan sold my house and then got me into a new house. This was my first time selling, so his expertise in the staging and selling process was great. In searching for a house, Nathan showed his knowledge of the local communities and trends, finding me just the right spot. The response time in getting into potential houses was perfect. I appreciated that he pretty much took care of everything through the sale and later through the new purchase. He was genuinely excited for me when we found the perfect place - thanks Nathan!

Super great guy. What I appreciate most is that he isn't just trying to make a sale on any house he can, and that he really tries to figure out the context and needs of his clients to better match them to the houses that he finds them.
