Great dealership. Mike Spenser responded to my questions right away, and if they didn’t have the model I wanted, found one and offered air at a great price.
Was prompt and willing to answer my questions thoughtfully.
The pics of the car didn't show stains and when I discussed this with the salesman, his solution was to try an upsell (basically adding the cost of addressing the stains to the price advertised on CarGurus.) When I decided to walk away, "the" salesman came out and agreed to take care of the seat stains without additional cost. I didn't appreciate the attempt to add expense to something that was less than what the pictures offered.
Napleton's responded quickly and was very helpful in my search process.
The whole process was very pleasant.
