Ming was great. We drove three hours to see this car. Once we test drove it, we knew we would buy it. During our test drive, the SRS light popped up. Because we had limited time, and we wanted to leave Fremont before traffic hit, Ming rushed the car to the Acura dealership across the street to diagnose the issue. This was the first vehicle I saw and test drove during my search, and I liked it. I made an offer about a week later, but was asked to put down a $1,500 holding fee, which I wasn’t comfortable with. There was minimal follow-up from the dealership, and when I tried to complete the purchase online, the price didn’t match what I had been quoted. It didn’t feel like there was much effort to actually move forward with the sale, so I decided to continue shopping elsewhere.

Didn’t buy a car, needed one quick and they didn’t have quite what I was looking for. The experience was great though, I will go back and refer friends there.
The Dealership was Terrific continually communicating with me and making me comfortable. We had a scheduled appointment however I purchased a different Vehicle prior to my visit.
