Good experience
Although I found a car elsewhere before I could see this one the dealership was very prompt in answering my questions. Alas this is becoming an increasingly rare occurrence. A salesperson contact me a couple of times and I had a follow-up from the manager. I took the survey for this company because they showed some interest in me and I wanted them to have my feedback.
Best auto reply follow up message to date. The car is price too strong for the market and just not a good fit for what I'm looking for ideally.

The salesman knew nothing about the car. He said it was checked in by the mechanics but he had no information. The dealership would not allow us to get it pre-certified.
Good communication
Though I never actually got out there to check and test drive the car, my agent, Jeff Calhoun was great!! Kept in touch, understood my needs and went above and beyond to get the car from the detailing and body shop. He shared with me the truth about less staff working during these current times thus causing some slow down in their usual process. Sent me pictures of what work on the body was waiting for repair.
