Please don’t go to this dealership. Run a very shady business, deceptive , and very unprofessional manner. These people rip of the customers . I bought Toyota Camry . We agreed on a price but they charged me $850 for the services which are not mentioned in the bill of sale . As a matter of fact the dealership sold me the car for the price we agreed plus $850 . Dishonest way of doing business. I would suggest everyone not to go to this dealership.
Terrible service. Service manager total xxxxxx. Brought in lease vehicle for issue wanted to charge for repair that should have been warranty. Rude service manager. Would never buy or lease here again. Will tell everyone I know not to go to this dealer.

Always excellent! From the moment I walked in everyone has been excellent. I already knew what I wanted, so I didn’t need to be sold. Regardless, their customer service sold me, this is the dealership I need to work with. Kelly, the finance manager is excellent. Great Experience From my salesman to the general manager, every one was great. They were courteous and friendly and very helpful in helping me to select my new Mazda. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. Because of their professionalism, price, knowledge, and friendliness. This is a 6 star place!
Horrible Service Issue Came into the dealership to have two open recalls done. I also asked Jeff the service manager to have someone looks at the cars idle problem. He said no problem but we will charge toy 148 dollars diaognastic fee. Jeff called me later in the day to tell me I need new pcv valve and hoses. He said about 3 hours labor plus parts. I had my Ford serviced the day before. Night and day difference. Julia had all my paperwork printed and ready to go as soon as i pulled in. She kept me informed with what was going on. She came out to get me when the car was done. Ford needs people like Julia.
Sale of a vehicle A coward and very poor poor service. I hope you don't treat all your customers like you did me, but from looking at all the reviews you have several people not happy with the service. If you can't call a customer back when they leave a message and just text that's just begin a coward, be a man. Then I called and you would not answer the call.
Excellent Experience at Napleton Mazda - Libertyville This dealership was really great and the sales and managerial staff made the experience really enjoyable. Sean is so nice, very knowledgeable and very helpful. He made the process easy and didn’t put us in any awkward sales situations. After the purchase, he spent time with us (at 9 o’clock at night) to make sure all the settings were to our liking before seeing us off. Great service and a wonderful overall experience.
