STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Very shady,dishonest with terrible customer service. My 19 year old grandson traded in his 2019 Toyota Corolla and purchased a 2011 Mazda. Driving the car home, he heard a squeaking noise and smelled something burning. He bought the car back. Nick had 72 hours to cancel his purchase. Staff was rude, disrespectful and lied about car cost, switched cost at the end. They tried to explain that I didn't understand how car costs work, so it was my fault, not that they couldn't deliver on what they had offered.
Easy buying process. Tom G is a knowledgeable, professional, and courteous salesman. This is our first Mazda after several Toyota’s and Honda’s. The CX5 is peppy and nicely outfitted—Comfortable up to date interior. Happy about purchase 4 days into ownership.
1. Sales person mislead us to let us to charging a premium when they promised on the phone that there was no charge. 2. After coming to an agreement, we left feeling good even though they messed up the math by charging us $300 dollars more. 3. We got a call that the car was in and when we got there they told us they didn't want to do business with us unless we agreed to pay $2000 more than agreed on (even though we have signed paperwork). I don’t recommend This Mazda dealer to anyone looking for a used car they don’t hold true to what they tell you before and after the purchase and don’t fix anything on the car that goes wrong !!!!!

I bought a used Nissan Rogue SV with premium package from this dealership. I was so happy with Julie Jones, the sales person in the dealership who helped me getting the car I wanted at a good price. I went to Mazda just to browse and I ended buying a CX-9 Signature with all features included. Julie did a great job getting me a car loan. I had very little credit experience and the team gave me a great interest rate for the term I wanted. Julie did a very good job explaining all the features of my car. I fact, I had come back a couple time to talk about my vehicle and she has always been willing to help and answer all my questions. I fully recommend the dealership and the brand.
