Their obese slob of a service manager damaged my car and didn't even acknowledge. Beware of Jeff Becknell, a rude slob who can't even manager his weight!! Oversll a lousy place. None of their employees were helpful about it, even upper management. Don’t go to a Napleton dealership.

Traded out my Jeep for a nice 2020 preowned CX 9 but when I got it home I noticed damage to the chrome on the rear bumper. I took a picture and called it he next day and was told they would get me the part as it was listed with no damages. That was 8/25/23. Today is 11/09/23 and I still do not have the part. When I picked the vehicle up it was getting dark and they conveniently backed it up so I would not see the damage. I was told they would charge the part to the sale and it would be sent. Nothing. In a nutshell I don’t trust them 100 per cent and would never use them again
I was sold a vehicle with bald tires, stains on the interior. I live 45 minutes away from the dealership and have been back there 3 times and still nothing was done. They don’t care about their customers, they just care about the money! Do not buy a vehicle from these people.
Working with Oscar Rodriquez to find my perfect car was an enjoyable experience. He was very helpful and patient while I selected my perfect car. He went above and beyond to show me several choices orchestrating the new delivery of a semi which showed up at the dealer with new vehicles I was looking for pulling several into the service area so I could see them in the light. I would recommend Oscar if you are looking for someone who is willing to take the time to help you thru the process with no pressure sales techniques.
This dealership will damage your car and then “management” will completely ignore you. Mazda corporate will help, but it’s just annoying. Beware of Jeff and Joe K.
I recently bought my CX-5 2023 Mazda from Napleton of Libertyville and it was such an amazing experience. The whole staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thank you to Joe and Jason. Joe helped me finish the deal on the phone with absolutely no obstructions, and Jason was very well-rounded to provide me details on the purchase and guided me through the whole process to get the best deal I was hoping for. HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Mainly look for Joe and Jason.

We worked with Julie Jones at Napleton Mazda of Libertyville where my son bought his first brand new car. I prepared him for a long and painful process and boy was I proven wrong. Julie was so helpful and sweet, she made the process super quick and easy. I highly recommend this dealership and Julie is the best! I’m very jealous my son has the newest vehicle in the house now. I think I need to buy myself a Mazda!
