Our recent buying experience was great! The Sales Manager, Marty, was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient with our many questions. Staff was was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend Napelton Mazda in Liberty to family and friends.

I had a very concerning issue with my new Mazda. I have met Joe Pelka who took care of the issue. The entire experience was pleasant and stress free. Joe is AMAZING!!!! Hi knows his stuff! I knew I was in good hands😊 very profesional, kind , good man. I am very grateful 😊
No pressure to look at other vehicles. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, and they have followed up with me at least 3 times since my purchase. I would highly recommend and will definitely visit Oscar when I’m ready for a new car!
Their obese slob of a service manager damaged my car and didn't even acknowledge. Beware of Jeff Becknell, a rude slob who can't even manager his weight!! Oversll a lousy place. None of their employees were helpful about it, even upper management. Don’t go to a Napleton dealership.

Traded out my Jeep for a nice 2020 preowned CX 9 but when I got it home I noticed damage to the chrome on the rear bumper. I took a picture and called it he next day and was told they would get me the part as it was listed with no damages. That was 8/25/23. Today is 11/09/23 and I still do not have the part. When I picked the vehicle up it was getting dark and they conveniently backed it up so I would not see the damage. I was told they would charge the part to the sale and it would be sent. Nothing.
