Joe is very attentive and great to work with. We had a difficult situation trying to get out of a vehicle we were upside down in and into something larger for our growing family. In the end, we were able to drive off in a larger Buick Enclave, which is a great fit for our size family. Joe is very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. Give him a chance to help you with your car needs.
Joe was extremely knowledgeable about the two cars we were interested in buying. He was polite and courteous and was a great host. He worked well with us and knew when to 'step away' so we could have private discussions. Walked away with a used Acadia and couldn't be more delighted.
I stopped by a few months ago and was looking for a bigger vehicle, They had one vehicle that i was interested in but after looking i didn't want it. So I Had Joe search and search and call after call and he finally found something I was Really interested in. (A lot of dealers gave up on us) I looked at the vehicle, fell in love and due to my bad credit, they worked on it for 2 days and got me the vehicle. I recommend this dealership because of the personal touch they give as well as the knowledge that their sales people display. I look forward to seeing Joe again when I need my car serviced.
Put down $1000 deposit on a vehicle, drove for 4 hours to pick it up only to find out they sold it to someone else and that it is 'first come first serve, sorry'. They were rude, the dealership was dirty, and then they offered us a similar vehicle for $2000 and acted like they were doing us favor. Filed a complaint with Buick an the BBB. Buyer beware.

My husband and I bundled up our 9 month old daughter on a Saturday morning 1 month ago to head to Libertyville to check out a used GMC Terrain that we had spotted on AutoTrader.
