Went to buy a new GMC Terrain and they found the one I wanted. They wanted a $1000 deposit, but i only gave them $250. For unforeseen reasons I had to postpone the sale. This made them angry and treated me with humility and aggressiveness. My son, who is a marine was leaving for Afghanistan and his mother was having great difficulty with it. I am so happy I went back to Libertyville Buick GMC I had bought a car there before and they were the best. They have Great sales floor agents and Financeing is a breeze. The Sales Manager JC is SO Helpful in everything he does. Also They have the best Servive department!!!!!!

If you are looking for an excellent salesperson that will take the time to show you what is available and take the time to talk to you than I recommend Dan O'Brien. He is very knowledgeable. Dan will not rush you and even though it may be past closing will work with you to make sure that you are satisfied. It was a pleasure doing business with Dan as well as all the staff who are friendly and helpful.
Dan was great and he and his manager took their time to help us get exactly what we are looking for. He also took his time to guide us through the controls inside of the vehicle.
I had a great experience there as soon as pulled in I was greeted by Sam from the sales department and Nick the manager. From the management to the porter the Libertyville Buick team is very customer service based to were they worked with me to purchase my 2011 Buick Regal Turbo and I would tell my friends and family about them to go buy their next car from and even service.
The dealership, the Salesman (Sam Zayed) and the Sales Manager (Jeff "JC" Connors) were great to work with. I bought a Convertible during a snow storm. Sam and I drove the car with top down with the wind blowing and the snow falling in the car and he was happy to help me experience the car under these crazy conditions and he also took the time help me understand the cars attributes to help me decide if this was the car for me. I have been using this dealership since I purchased the car from them. Every time I have taken my car in, they have provided the best service. They let me know what services will be done on the car and if they notice any other problem, I am informed so that they can do the work that day or the car will be brought in on a later day to have the work done. As long as I have this car, I will be returning to the dealership to have each 3000 mile checkup.
