Both Peter and Sam were extremely informative and Peter keep me up to date via E Mails while I was using the internet to check our auto features. When it came to trade in time I was given pricing that exceeded my expectations. Sam gave us a test drive in the exact vehicle we wanted and explained how each feature worked. Peter's persistance kept me interested ans Sam's Professional and Personal ethic kept us from going to another dealer to shop for a car.

Libertyville Buick/GMC is by far the most PLEASANT dealership experiences my husband and I have ever had in our lives!!! Worst car buying expierence ever. NEVER SHOP HERE, strong arm tactics 101. Sales manager complains about his job and money he makes. They tell you that $1000 will hold a car, it doesn't they tnye tell you it will hold a price, it doesn't. Liars and cheats we just bailed out the auto industry. They shouldnt be treating the consumer like this. I have notified the BBB and GMC about the way I was treated. I can't and dont trust them to bring my car back for service. It maybe family owned but they dont treat you like family.

They are not thw pushy salesman we are all used to as they waited patiently for 3 months until I tried to make a decision about buying a new Regal.
I'm a local business owner. I had NO time to look for a vehicle and needed to sell mine in order to buy another one. Sam, Chris and the rest of the group did more for me in an hour than I could have asked from my own family members. Not only did they take my vehicle from me at the price I was asking but they traded me for the most BEAUTIFUL car I have ever owned. I've purchased several vehicles and this has by far been my easiest and most pleasant experience. Chris was well informed without being overly pushy and was very easy to work with even during the negotation process. Financing was easy to go through and a very thorough overview of the new car and its features was provided by Chris.
