Love the atmosphere, cozy comfortable beds, sparkling clean rooms AMAZING VIEWS OF THE RIVER AND CITY!! Great staff also...steps from the mall! And upon arrival we were upgraded! 5 Stars is an understatement!
The hotel manager was very generous and arranged for our rooms to be upgraded to the preferred member floor and to have ajoining rooms for our kids. They also arranged to have a nice bottle of wine and chocolates sent to our room for celebrating a special occasion for our family: first class hotel.

Definitely one the nicest hotels I have every stayed at. I've am very pleased with the professionalism and kindness of all the staff I had encountered during my stay here. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely use the Westin as my first choice hotel for my next stay in Boston.

We just had an amazing night here! Absolutely beautiful hotel, meticulously clean and upscale, and the staff is incredible - especially Patrick at the front desk! He went out of his way to make our stay special! We cannot say enough wonderful things about Patrick or this hotel! Very excited to stay here again!!! Thank you!
