Mice running around the ballrooms. We will never have our meetings there again. The banquet servers were very apologetic. And we do not hold them accountable. The banquet managers and sales managers didn't seem to care because they weren't around. The fruit looked expired on the buffet and every one of my employees complained that the coffee was cold. Great service! Clean hotel! Great location!! At check in Rory asked why we were there and we told him it was our anniversary and we had dinner reservations in the city. In the afternoon Rory had a bottle of champagne, 2 glasses and an anniversary card sent to the room!! Thanks for making our stay extra special!!!

I am enjoying my time here in Boston at the Westin Copley. My first visit to this city. My room and view are absolutely amazing. I definitely intend to return. The staff are accommodating. The bedding is heavenly. 👏🏼👍🏼. And I love room service!!
Our car was broken into during our stay on December, 20th, 2016 and multiple items were stolen totaling a little over $800. We were promised by Kelly Owens, on duty security manager, that this situation would be resolved before we left the country on December 30th. This never happened. Moreover, the Westin has gone dark and has not responded to repeated emails from myself and my girlfriend regarding the theft that took place while our car was in THEIR custody and THEIR care.
