If I could I would give even less than one star. Booked a room at the last minute but never ended up staying because there was a snowstorm that didn't allow me to drive (over an hour commute), forced me to cancel my attendance at an event, and a room worth $177. When I called (a total of four times) I received the SAME answer stating that someone would call me back (NEVER happened) and that there was nothing they could do in terms of a refund and no one they could transfer me to. This was our 3rd visit to the westin copley and can't wait to return. Staff was great. We got an upgrade on our room and offered a late check out. The room was very comfortable. And we had a great view of the city. Breakfast buffet and omelet station was outstanding.

Love the hotel. 2 Things : Big thing was that Valet parking was full and I have great difficulty walking due to medical issues!!😠😠😠😠😠. Minor thing bathroom sink clogged. Should check that after each guest leaves before next one comes in. Would only take a second.
