I would rate 10 stars if that was an option. I booked this hotel for my girlfriends birthday and from the very second we arrived the staff was truly outstanding. Our room was beautiful with such an amazing view of Boston. We didn't eat at any of the restaurants in the hotel (I'm sure they're just as amazing) except for breakfast but when we arrived back at our room later that night the hotel staff had brought chocolate covered strawberries, a handwritten birthday card, and a beautiful bottle of champagne all for free! whatev... read more

Wonderful hotel. All staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Our standard room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I stayed in a Westin in Montreal the weekend before and had a similar experience--great hotel chain!
