Frank at the concierge's desk is fabulous!!! He gets 10 �'s !!! He is amazing and spot on with his directions and recommendations!! Overall, very pleased with my stay!
Overpriced...
Great hotel and great service. Accessibility to everything important. Highly recommend. (Except for pricey cost).

Staying here this week. What a mistake. Lounge out of operation (not told in reservation). No room in this entire building to make a temp lounge? Hotel is tired and dull, gym is tiny, long wait to check in, nearly $500 a night - why did a move from Hyatt Diamond to SPG platinum for nothing. 3 points per dollar and a welcome gift certainly don't cut it.
