Fantastic beds for jumping on Concierge trolley didn't roll so well with three people on it. Corridors could be wider then we could have raced them

I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. Amazing location. Friendly staff who made every effort to accommodate. The views are incredible, the beds were a dream to sleep in. Will recommend to everyone visiting Boston.

A beautiful venue!! We where a little close to the wedding next door and since our event was a little loud.. So placement was a bit of an issue. Other than that IT WAS EPIC! Thank you for your hospitality!
� i dont know this plce but i will say there marketing plan is horribly intrusive and i would think illegal. I have never been there but keep getting requests to rate the place. an associate i vaguely know may have been their and the hotel hacked his contact list. Poor policy and a terrible way to treat their guests

I would leave 6 stars or more if I could. Staff was very pleasant. Our room was spotless and had an incredible view. The most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. Showers are very nice. Staff brought my sister chocolate covered strawberries and champagne for her birthday. We were very pleased with our stay and plan to stay here again when we return to Boston. I would highly recommend this place.

Big clean room. Comfortable bed. Pleasant helpful staff and fast elevators. Very close to restaurants, bars and shops at the Prudential. I would definitely recommend this hotel for all.
