I was there for a TD Ameritrade event. Food and wait staff were amazing..... I was not happy with the Valet person, not very helpful, until I came back for a 3rd time and had to tell him I was attending the event! It all ended well, but was extremely frustrated immediately.
Phenomenal place to hold an event..The Market Drive TD Ameritrade seminar was fantastic..the hotel staff superb and the facility is the best I have seen.. Thank you for an awesome job

If I could I would give even less than one star. Booked a room at the last minute but never ended up staying because there was a snowstorm that didn't allow me to drive (over an hour commute), forced me to cancel my attendance at an event, and a room worth $177. When I called (a total of four times) I received the SAME answer stating that someone would call me back (NEVER happened) and that there was nothing they could do in terms of a refund and no one they could transfer me to.
