Is there anything in the lease that says we can't contact the owners about the management?
This is the worst excuse of a company I’ve ever had to deal with. They do not respond to issues with our home that WE own, they hire less than subpar people to to fix problems when they do come out! The employees that work there don’t know the definition of homeowners insurance exterior or interior!!! Your company will be reported to the BBB and the state.
These were your renters at 7121 S Hanson Ave last night between 2:45 and 3:00 am. Turn up your volume and this is from across the street 2 houses down. You’ve been notified numerous times of the disturbance they continue to cause to our neighborhood and just shrug your shoulders. Might be time to actually do something about this.
If you want to live with methheads, this is your place. Meth head moved in beneath us & has been smoking meth constantly. The management company has done nothing to alleviate the situation other than say get a hotel room or move. Cops haven’t done anything either. Would never recommend & will be pressing charges.
