Have had the best experience working with Mona and Janet. They have both been so helpful and positive helping me in a unique situation. Without them we would have the rental house we really wanted. Highly recommend using Real Property Management.

So greedy they lack common sense. Just two examples... If your dog dies the day after you sign the lease, or if you leave your place before the lease is up but FULFILL your lease, they charge you for a pet that is not there. Example two- they charge you a "processing" fee when you pay your rent. I have other things, but that is just two. If I could give them a score of 1/2 I would.
If I could give ZERO stars I would! This company nickels and dimes you through the whole rental process. Please do not give them your business! Not only do they do this to the renters but I talked with the home owner as well and they got treated the same way! Everytime we has a work order done at our rental all the contractors talked the same way! Poor customer service all the way around! Very unpleasant to deal no matter what encounter was about.

We moved from Sioux Falls to the Des Moines area 4 years ago. RPM rented our home in Sioux Falls right away. We have appreciated the owners of RPM and all of the wonderful service provided. Any time we needed a minor repair or enhancement, RPM was just an email or voicemail away and they sprung into action. Living 4 hours away, we have full faith in RPM handling our home away from home. We have recommended RPM to others in Sioux Falls who are considering renting and have even recommended the RPM brand in the Des Moines area.
Great group of guys! Pleasure working with them.
