The staff have been extra accommodating and really make you feel welcome. The Graystone Heights apartments are absolutely beautiful.
Real Property Management has been great so far. I like the online aspect for everything. I put in a request to get our dryer fixed and it was done within 2 days. Shannon has been helpful in answering any questions I have had. I'm thoroughly pleased with the experience thus far.

The company is not good at getting back to you when something is really important, but you will receive about 10 emails letting you know that your rent is due in a couple days, like you could forget it's so expensive. We recently just moved out and it has been a hassle to get our deposit back - they try and nickel and dime you to death. Would not be my first recommendation.
