So far the experience has been great-minus one hiccup. We got past that and Katie did a GREAT job of getting us into a house that met our needs even with our tight time crunch.

I am only giving one star because zero isn't an option. This is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Problems don't get solved, and the employees and rude and unhelpful. 5004 w 47th street is particularly a shit hole: we've had someone come to fix the toilet multiple times and it's still broken, the bathroom sink is rusting out, the "front door" is the same flimsy junk as the bedrooms, the appliances are ancient, crickets are getting in somehow (but that's the tenants responsibility apparently so don... read more
Drew and Shannon were so incredibly helpful and answered all my questions and put up with a million phone calls from me! The only complaint I have is the snow removal, it definitely isn’t worth paying for or having included because they don’t always show up making it more efficient to remove it ourselves.
