start being honest. my mother is trying to get her stuff out and u wont open the house. even tho this is the agreed upon time you said it would be open. shame on you. it's free to be a good person.

Horrible experience and took “ rumors” over legal documentation to deny renting. And they have a fee above and beyond rent for pets, credit rating, risk rating... you name it and they’ll charge you. Do your homework before signing a lease!
Terrible company that doesn’t do anything , we have tried a few times they hide in there office and don’t fix what’s broken have a washer that has been been broken for a year . Zero zero zero .

I just moved in recently and had just gotten all settled in. Everything seemed pretty great, had a few issues that were taken care of immediately! I wanna praise real property for their initial inspection! I had found a surge protector in the closet (left by previous tenants) so I thought I'd use it, little did I know it was faulty and while I was in the other room it start smoking! Thankfully real property tests the fire alarms every 3 months! I had completely spaced that idea since I was so excited to move in. Thanks guys!... read more
I just recently rented from rpm and had a great experience, they found something in my budget and took care of all of my maintainence issues. And they replaced all of my batteries in my smoke detectors and put a furnace filter in for free! Would recommend to anyone.
