Moving into a new place, and Real Property Management has once again screwed us over. While applying they neglected to tell us about a Sioux Falls Ordinance that they are the only rental company to follow. After taking over $200+ in application fees, they decided to tell us. Thanks real property management! DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM!
RecommendedI have had some unsatisfactory experiences with other rental companies in the past but I have signed my lease for my dream rental through them and I have had some of the best customer service experience. I have been in contact with Gean and Maddie and both have done beyond what was needed and I am so excited to be moving with them next month. Will be recommending this company to more of my friends and family.

Maddie has done a great job with handling the maintenance request's at my properties. Effective and timely communications so my tenants and myself are kept informed on the progress.
