Floor and stair runner not done to the best quality. When sanding and varnishing the kitchen surface, they didn't use enough varnish, so the counter top has got water damaged again over time and will need to be re-done. The fireplace surround and units were done well. But overall very expensive for what was provided, anything not specifically mentioned in the quote was charged at a ridiculously high fee. I got interior work including painting undertaken at my flat. The staff were extremely professional, polite and dedicated. They were also able to support on small small maintenance tasks related to plumbing and fixtures. I value them going out of the way to support the renovation work.

We were looking for a good company to supply and fit our new kitchen, and we came across N1 Building Contractors. I thought they were builders, but it turned out they are also specialist kitchen fitters as well. They were able to provide everything I wanted in the way of cabinets, flooring, and some fabulous granite worktops. They look fantastic. My two sisters and their partners came over for dinner and they couldn’t stop talking about how amazing they looked.
