My husband and I purchased a preowned Wranger Unlimited Sahara 3 weeks ago. We were very excited about our first jeep and were assured this was the car for us. Since the purchase the radio went out pulling out of the lot, which they refused to replace. The thermostat had to be replaced, the belt has started shreeking and now my break light and blinker are out due to a short. Also the paint on the hard top is bubbling up which tells me to shop during the day next time. I am so anxious and disheartened with all of these issues... read more

Went in to look at the new models, the salesman Tim, physically sold me this unit. Brand new 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sahara with the power sky roof. It was a Christmas gift to my wife and she loves it. The biggest thing about the experience was that the owner, Bobby Gale personally thanked us for buying our new Jeep also for being repeat service customers. Thanks to everyone there that handled the process of our new purchase. 👍
I had a minor problem initially after purchasing a 2017 preowned Wrangler, but Dan, the sales manager, was all over the problem, got it resolved as soon as he possibly could. Having an issue truly exposes the true nature of a dealership, in my opinion. Everyone looks good if it is easy. How you handle a difficult issue proves your commitment to customer service. Myrtle Beach Jeep, Dan, and Bobby Gale all proved themselves worthy of my ( an your) further patronage and loyalty as a customer.
