How do you describe customer service.... Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep service center. I took my 1994 Jeep Wrangler reluctantly to the service manager because of the unknown noise. He hooked me up with his mechanic who has an older Jeep. My manifold was replaced for little cost. Later I had Mike the mech install new leaf springs that I purchased and what a wonderful nice ride.. thank you Jared, the service manager with a smile, and Mike the mech for your professional service. After being a loyal ram owner for almost 25 years by far the worst dealer I have ever encountered m. Lies upon lies upon lies. Was told my trade in had already been sold to a wholesaler who had in turn sold it to a customer who had taken deliver almost 2 weeks before the paperwork was even finalized leaving me no option to back out of the deal as I was untrusting to say the least after having to argue and fight for things agreed upon at time of purchase. they are not honest with the people about their trade in's, an the finnacial person would not tell us that we could pay cash for the car we bought said we needed to get it financed through the bank an then payit off, so we had to pay interest on the first month n then pay off, an even told us wrong bank, it s a nite mare.
They are the best group of people I have ever dealt with! I recommend them over any other car dealership! Best Experience of my life! I’m so blessed!
We recently purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler from Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep. This was the 5th vehicle I’ve purchased and by far the best buying experience we have had. Everyone was friendly and took time for me and my family. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy like I have experienced at previous car lots. Can't speak much for the sales department, but the service department is outstanding. I brought my vehicle to MB Chrysler for warranty repair. Although I didn't buy the vehicle from them, they treated me well. They immediately diagnosed an issue that another dealer couldn't figure out with several attempts. Craig, the mechanic, repaired the issue while I waited and explained his work in detail. These guys really impressed me. Good way to earn my business.
