By having their maintenance department look under the hood before selling a car and having a battery go dead within a month of purchase...also if you promise compensation for said problem, then do it...still waiting 2 months later.
Wanted to give a big shout out to Wade Griffith (Wade Wade). We had a lot of special requirements and Wade went above and beyond to help us. Couldn't have asked for a better sales person. Besides Wade, the entire staff was willing to work with us when we pulled in. So very nice to know that a place of business is still about customer service. I purchased a 2019 Grand Cherokee from Wade and his customer service was exceptional! I ended up having a serious mechanical issue with the vehicle, and although the process has taken some time to work out, everyone from the owner himself, Bobby Gale, his son Robbie Gale Matt the service manager and even Wade the salesman, has bent over backwards to help resolve the issue. Bought 2013 Jeep Wrangler..we negotiated the deal from out of state, got the number right to make sense to drive down to see it. Worked with Wade and Hunter, both easy to work with, and will do work to get you the number you’re looking for. Finance was super easy and their table tablet makes it easy to understand your deal and warranties options. Would definitely drive the 3 hours to buy from again.
Best place ever to work and buy a car
I drove four hours to work with Josh Burton, and I must say I will make that drive again next time I buy a Jeep! He was straight forward and got me in and out quick.
Love my car but my temporary tag ran out 2 days ago. Over 45 days and still no tag. Called twice for assistance and follow up. Still no help!
