Everything was great when I purchased my vehicle. I bought all the bells and whistles from the warranty, to scratch protection to oil changes. I was so happy I referred my friend and she bought 2 vehicles. Josh said I would receive $100 for each referral that purchased a vehicle. I have yet to receive the referral checks (October). I recently called for an oil change and now I somehow do not have the oil change package I was told was worked into my payment. No response from the finance department or Josh. Josh was amazing from the moment I called to the time my son drove his new Jeep Cherokee off the lot. Everyone was nice and welcoming to us! We even had 30 minutes left before they closed as we were driving from my sons college and they had everything ready for us! It was a very good experience for us all!
