Love our new to us car. John Gambrel, the salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. My pet peeve is businesses not doing what “they” say. Told we would leave with full tank of gas but it was only 1/2 full. They made a picture of us with the car and told us to like them on FB to see. Never happened. No this is not big issues but doing what you say is very important to some of us.
Very friendly staff worked efficiently towards meeting our needs financially! Christine excellent sales lady very professional polite great personality!

So I signed up and paid for an oil change package. I went in today and was told it was my last change of the package which was fine. The oil change part of the dealership is called Mopar Express Lane. It was anything but express. After an hour I went and checked on it. The guy acted like I was bothering him. He finally went and checked on it and told me it was on the lift.
