David Reagan and Bobby are the best. Called them and the same day had a car. This team of sales man are what all dealership s need. They were freandly and nice. Would recommend them to everyone. Go try them out .
While on vacation our alternator decided to burn up. I had to have the vehicle towed and luckily had it towed to this location. Called the service department the next morning and spoke with Brad in the service department who said he would have the vehicle looked at that day. Brad let me know that the alternator was toast and they would have to order one but it would be there the next day. We contacted MB Chrysler/Jeep in March. Miss Melanie Nelms took the call and assisted us all the way through to the finance phase. She has great people skills and made us feel very comfortable doing business with her. She answered any questions we had and caught on quickly that we are no nonsense types of customers. We reached a bottom line quickly and completed the entire transaction with in 1-1/2 hours. Enjoyable experience Melanie. Love the Jeep!
