After experiencing a very traumatic issue with my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I was advised by Chrysler Corporation to take it back to MB Chrysler Jeep. I am very upset how I was handled by Service Manager. Matt Flagg and Sales Manager, Rob Beard. You would think after purchasing 3 vehicles in 3 years that some sort of understanding would be in order. This will be our 2nd Jeep we have bought in the past year,,, Casey Cameron is our guy... Great experience.
To anyone that has their vehicle serviced by this dealership make sure you do a walk around to make sure they didn't damage your vehicle. They serviced mine and put a nice scratch in my passenger front door and refused to repair it correctly. Corporate refuses to help get it fixed correctly so now i am taking them to court.
Eric was fantastic from the moment I called to inquire about a vehicle until the moment I left the dealership with 2 vehicles! He went out of his way to make my experience absolutely wonderful and so did the other employees. I highly recommend this dealership, as I will be returning in the future for all my vehicle needs!
Service Dept was amazing, we called the night before on our way down to the beach for our Anniversary trip. Our cars service engine light came on, while in NC around 6 pm. Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep answered y phone call and set us up a apt for 8 am the next morning, they were out of the sensor we needed but went out of their way to get it from another dealer. They went above and beyond to make us happy and we even used a 10% off coupon. Thank you so much for everything you did.
